Hello ! My name is Natalia Williams and I am a Fully Insured Registered Medical Herbalist in Leeds, Sheffield and Huddersfield. I use herbal medicine for your personalized health care.

What is my approach to your health care?

My aim is to help improve and maintain your health by using natural healing properties of herbs and working hand in hand with you.

Your individual-focused health plan will include a uniquely tailored herbal remedy that will be made from whole plant extracts and might contain up to 9 components.

You will be given personalized dietary and life style advice to complement your herbal remedies.

An MPharm from the First Moscow State Medical University in 1991
A BSc(Hons) in Herbal Medicine from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2011.

I am a member of National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH)

I have worked in the healthcare profession for over 20 years.

Russia as a pharmacist (after graduating from the Moscow Medical Academy)
England as a pharmacy technician in a hospital pharmacy department and an aseptic unit preparing chemotherapy medicines
England as a Western Medical Herbalist from 2011 in my own practices

My Passion for Herbal Medicine

I have had a passion for plant medicine for over 23 years now. It began whilst I was studying for my MPharm degree where a substantial and fascinating part of a 51/2 years training was allocated to learning Botany, Pharmacognosy and Materia Medica in detail.

This passion for herbs transcended my degree and became a significant part of my life as a pharmacist. I retained and enriched it by choosing to work in Moscow Apothecaries with large Herbal remedies departments (which are very popular in Russia) gaining experience in Russian traditional and modernized use of herbs as medicine.

During my time in the Aseptic Unit in England, I became more aware of an immense amount of physical and emotional suffering in cancer patients involved in orthodox treatment. At around this time, a member of my family was diagnosed with cancer. The combined experience made a big impact on my life. It completely changed my perception of health care as a whole and my future as a pharmacist within it.

It was for this reason I chose to formalise my passion for plant medicine by taking a Herbal Medicine degree. Since I graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2011, I have been proud to call myself a Western Medical Herbalist in the health care arenas and practice in Leeds, Sheffield and Huddersfield.
